CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I DO NOT LIKE IT?

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING MERCHANDISE? 
 

Before returning please email us within 5 days  return@thejewelsofindia.com. Let us know your  invoice#, style#, number of pieces and toal amount. You will receive a return confirmation # which has to be written on the box, otherwise no returns will be accepted.

2. The jewelry must be returned in original condition, unworn, unalterd and with original tags attached to piece(s).

3. The jewelry should be mailed in a sturdy box and not in an envelope as the jewelry pieces can be crushed/damaged in transit. You use outer shell box sturdy and make sure you pack pieces with good cusion material inside the box. 

4. Also, please insure the box as we will not be responsible if piece(s) come damage or your return does not reach to us.

5. Unauthorized or delayed returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee on any returns or excessive returns on a single transaction. 

 6. Your returns will be processed within 7-10 business days and credit will be issued to your original method of payment. We will confirm your total refund amount by sending you an email.

7. Please write down the Return Authorization number on the box otherwise returns will not be accepted.

Yes, you can do so within the time frame. Shipping will be charged on a replaced piece(s).

 

SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN THE USA:


Flate Ground rate within 50 states UPS/USPS(5-7 days) - $4.95 upto 2 pounds.

Priority Rate USPS (2-4 days) - $7.95 upto 2 pounds.

On request of customer, package tracking and insurance charge of $2.25 on every $100.00 value will be added up extra.


Items in stock will be shipped right away, however, some order might take 24-48 hours to process. If their is a delay you will be notified immediately. For standard ground shipping please allow 2-7 business days in the U.S. and 5-10 business days in Canada to arrive. All orders will be shipped out via UPS or USPS ground unless specified in advance or at time of ordering. Please specify if you want us to ship under insurance otherwise we will not be resposible for any damages or lost of your parcel once it leaves here.


RETAIL SALES TAX:

Retail Sales Tax of 9.25% will be added up on merchandise shipped within California. If tax exempt, please send a copy of your Sales Tex ID (Tex Exempt Certificate) to our mailing address prior of shipping your merchandise.

To expedite your order, we ship right away items in stock and back order items will be shipped with no additional shipping cost to you within 4-6 weeks.
